    0900-0930 Movement to foot practical (instructor lead)

    0930-1200 Instructor lead practical (instructor lead)

    1200-1300 Lunch

    1300-1430 Student practical 1 (foot)

    1430-1600 Student practical 2 (foot)

    1600-1630 After-Action Review

    Day 3:

    0800-0900 Practical exercise briefing/assignments

    0900-0930 Movement to Exercise 1

    0930-1200 Exercise 1
